"We" are working on growing this business so that we can offer a better, more plentiful list of services. Terms of Service

Welcome to M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC! We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our services. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using our services.

  • Personal Belongings:

    M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing service. We recommend removing all valuable items from your vehicle prior to the service. Any personal belongings left in the vehicle are at the owner's sole risk, and M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Any spots where personal belongings are left will not be cleaned.

  • Service Price Change:

    M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC reserves the right to change the prices of our services at any time without prior notice. However, if you have already booked a service and paid for it, the price change will not affect your booked service.

  • Service Time:

    The duration of the detailing service may vary depending on the package and the condition of the vehicle. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated time for completion, but please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as the condition of the vehicle or weather conditions, may affect the actual service time.

  • Weather Cancellation:

    In the event of inclement weather, M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service for the safety of our staff and to ensure quality results. We will make every effort to contact you in advance to reschedule the service. If the service is canceled due to weather conditions, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

  • Service Appointment:
    To book a detailing service with M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC, you must schedule an appointment in advance. We recommend booking your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the desired service date to ensure availability.

  • Payment:

    Payment for the detailing service is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash and other forms of payment as agreed upon in advance. If payment is not received at the time of service, M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel the service.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee:

    We strive to provide high-quality detailing services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the results of the service, please let us know within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues.

  • Liability:

    While we take utmost care in providing our services, M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC will not be held liable for any damages, loss, or injuries that may occur during or after the service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in proper condition for the detailing service, and M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC will not be responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle.

  • Confidentiality:

    M.V.P Automotive Detailing LLC respects your privacy and will keep all information provided to us confidential. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • User Obligations:

    As a User of our Services, you agree to the following:

    1. Provide Access: You shall provide the Company with access to your vehicle, including any necessary keys or codes, and ensure that the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for the performance of the Services.
    2. Cooperation: You shall cooperate with the Company and its employees or contractors, and provide them with any necessary information or assistance to perform the Services.
    3. Safety: You shall ensure that your vehicle is in safe and operable condition, and notify the Company of any known or suspected issues or hazards.
    4. Compliance: You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including but not limited to local laws related to vehicle registration, insurance, and safety.

     

  • Onsite Service:

    We strive to bring our Services to you at your preferred location, such as your home or office. However, we require that you provide a site where we have permission to perform our Services. Please ensure that the site meets legal requirements, as working on vehicles parked on streets may be illegal in some cities and could compromise the safety of our team.
